Terms & Conditions
Geoff’sXS sells retail to customers in Australia and New Zealand.
Ordering
Customers may order parts using Geoff’sXS Store or by phone direct to Geoff’sXS. Payment may be made by Bank Deposit, Cheque, Money Order or Cash on Delivery (pickup only).
Geoff’sXS may, at its discretion, cancel any order prior to shipment. Advice will be provided by email if an order has been cancelled. If payment has been made a full refund will be provided. Circumstances where an order may be cancelled include website inventory errors.
Parts supplied by Geoff’sXS are suitable for Yamaha XS650 (inc. TX650) motorcycle models 1970-1984. Ensure that you select the appropriate parts for your model.
Warranties
No warranty if used for purposes other than normal road use such as off-road or racing use.
Exhaust systems are warranted for 30 days against manufacturers defect or workmanship.
Electrical parts are tested at time of manufacture and no warranty can be provided once fitted.
Carburettor parts checked at time of manufacture and no warranty can be provided once fitted.
Any part which has been modified, subjected to misuse, neglect, incorrect installation or application is not covered by warranty.
There is no warranty on parts subject to normal wear such as cables, rubber parts, bulbs, filters, contact points, brakes etc. unless defective prior to installation.
Returns
We do not accept returns for goods that have been used or damaged. All products returned must be in a clean, unused condition and be in original packaging. Damaged or incomplete products will not be accepted for return. Goods that are custom made or especially for a client will not be accepted for return.
