EXCHANGE BARREL (650cc) and PISTON/RING KITS
The Kit contains:
- Set 650cc BARRELS. (Reconditioned)
- Set (2 off) PISTONS, PINS, “C” CLIPS. (New)
- Set (2 off) RINGS. (New)
- HEAD GASKET. (New)
- BASE GASKET. (New)
These are sold on an exchange basis, they have been chemically cleaned, checked that no broken fins etc, and have been honed to suit pistons (usually 1st or 2nd over).
Your barrels for exchange must be usable, ie no broken fins and not over bored.
Your barrels will be required for inspection before the Reco Kit is sent to you.
THESE KITS WILL BE READY TO INSTALL AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THEM, BUT I WOULD RECOMMEND A CLEAN DUE TO SITTING.

EXCHANGE HEAD AND ROCKER BOX (MATCHING NUMBERS)
The Kit contains:
- Matching head and rocker box
- Have been Chemically cleaned, all machine work carried out, Valves seated, and then
- Vacuum tested for leaks, these heads etc have all good parts, only new parts fitted are what is needed to bring these back to good usable condition.
- They have New Valve Stem Seals fitted, checked for broken fins and that all studs are in usable condition.
- Rocker Box has new seals and Rockers checked for wear and pitting.
THESE ARE READY FOR INSTALLATION BUT WOULD RECOMMEND A CLEAN DUE TO SITTING.
PLEASE NOTE: - YOUR EXCHANGE HEAD/ROCKER BOX HAVE TO BE OF A USABLE CONDITION, NO DAMAGE, BENT VALVES, BROKEN STUDS ETC.
